If a Stone Age man were to express that message, it might sound something like this — keeping it fun and primitive:
"Ugh! Me talk to ABC tribe. We make this big fire — very important! But still need two moons… same for Umbrella labs cave magic."
If Saruman were to say it, channeling his commanding and eloquent style from The Lord of the Rings, it might sound something like:
"I have conferred with the ABC Council. This matter shall be given precedence. Yet even with our might, the wheels of progress turn slowly — it shall require no less than a fortnight, as shall the analysis within the halls of Umbrella labs."
